‘Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your [specific] requests known to God. ‘ Philippians 4:6 AMP
God is inviting us to come to Him with whatever is making us worry or causing us anxiety. He instructs us not to worry in the midst of whatever situation we may be facing today. Instead, he encourages us to give thanks whilst telling him what’s at the core of our hearts. And yes, God wants us to come to Him in all honesty opening up about the specific areas of need in our life.
